"All round great stay - really nicely sized room: loved the enormous bath and the gas fire. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the shuttle staff were super helpful too. Really great stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"We loved the property. Loved our room with vaulted ceiling. We loved the size of the room. But I do have 2 things. The coffee area near the lobby only taking bills so the minimum is 5 dollars with no change given when the coffee is 2.50 is a bit of a rip off. The property needs to invest in a second or third hot tub. We went to use the pool and hot tub and had fun in the pool it was nicely heated for the end of November but the hot tub was full of people that brought there alcohol and weren’t going to leave any time soon making us loose out when that was one of the reason we wanted to stay there. "

"Location of room in south wing, floor one, made coming and going into Village, plus shorter walk to Gondolas. Staff friendly, maids do a great job cleaning and changing towels/bedding. Rooms reasonably priced"

"The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!"
