"The family suite was perfect for our family of 5. The pull out bed was the most comfortable pull out bed I’ve ever slept on. The bunk bed room with the”secret” door was such a fun touch. Would have liked to see better maintenance - the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the seam between the bathroom counter and the wall looked like it had been caulked and recaulked half a dozen times."

"Breakfast does not have a good selection, bath tubs are bath fitter over the original tubs. Front desk staff in helpful. Walls are paper thin. If you go there, make sure you go on the fourth floor or you will be up all night."

"I actually walked out of the Dennys restaurant as I was not being served. Chop restaurant on the other hand made up for the lack of service with exceptional servi e!"

"The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea with it being winter. That’s the only downside of staying at the pool. We travelled 2 hours away for a mini gateway. Was pretty disappointing not having a pool. "

"Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average. Hot tub was only luke warm, had to have a hot shower after getting out just to warm up. Pool area was spacious and clean. In a bit of an industrial area with not much for amenities close by. Easy access to major roadways to easily get around the city"

"Loved being at the mall didn’t need to drive to get where we wanted. Need more elevators the wait averaged 10+ mins for an elevator. "

"If you’re travelling with seniors or those with mobility issues, the tub sides are very high, so there may difficulties getting in and out. Floors dirty in the room (ie. large obvious dirt, old jelly beans). Pets are allowed, so if you have allergens be aware. Hotel shows signs of age, peeling paint, flickering lights/signs. "
