"The hotel is relatively new and looks nice and clean. The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, but the hotel wouldn’t change our room until the repair tech couldn’t fix it, approximately an hour after we checked in. Kinda ridiculous! Anyway, everything else was fine."

"This was a great hotel and we will be back for sure, great location for shopping as it was close to business costco, Home Depot all that we needed. Great Breakfast and staff we will definitely stay here again, room was large and luxurious, big parking lot as we had a trailer and we had no problem finding it, parking and were super happy with this stay."

"Would not call the pool a waterpark. You get 5-6 kids or adults in the pool and it’s packed. Hard to enjoy the waterslide when you have to worry about getting hit at the bottom if you’re swimming or worry about hitting someone when you go down the slide."

"The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again."
