"Room was clean and nice, loved the king size bed ,and its close to West Edmonton Mall. "

"My stay in Hyatt Place was wo comfortable that it felt like home. What made a huge difference was the mattresses that they have in their rooms. It was so comfortable that i was able to have a good night sleep in the first night of my stay which was VERY RARE. I loved the gym there and used it very often. The breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."

"The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do. They offered free snacks and drinks to take home. We didn’t notice...

"Very clean, spacious and renovated rooms. Good quiet guests while we were there. Quiet and safe area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to WEM. Only thing we didn’t like was that there is one elevator, and it is very busy and slow. "

"Was a great stay for me and my family. Breakfast could have a few more protein options but other than that it was great. Pool is fantastic, the slide was a highlight for my little, was hard to get her out! "
