The rooms were well furnished and clean, you can tell there has been some recent renovations and all the furniture is nice and everything well maintained. Easy parking and easy check in. Good location for walking downtown, we only had a short walk to rogers area. We did have a late check out approved, however we still had the cleaners knocking on the door, which was a little frustrating as they proceeded to let themselves into the room. I feel like the entrance way/front desk could be more tidy, as it doesn't give a good expectation for the actual rooms, which are lovely. Would stay again 🙂

The location is great, as was the staff. My only issue was a personal one. I have a bit of a handicap and the bed was too high for me to get into without help. Next time I'll bring a folding stool or even call ahead and see if one could be provided for me. Another good thing is that there's a great restaurant next door!

We required a hotel close to Royal Alexandria hospital. I liked that a key card was needed for the elevator and parking. The key card was needed after 10:00 pm for the lobby. It was nice to have a bathtub! I missed not having a fridge or microwave in the room. The staff did offer to put either or both in the room upon arrival. If that had been communicated to me prior to my stay; I would have packed food/snacks differently. The offer upon arrival, was too late.

Highly attentive and friendly staff and convenient location to downtown. Rooms are spacious and linens are clean and of solid quality. Main downsides are bizarre bathroom design and old air conditioning controls but both still were perfectly usable.

The staff was so helpful. We were there for a concert at the commonwealth stadium and it was very convenient to take the train right from our hotel. We were able to park our vehicle safely on the hotel property.
