Hotel Keluarga di West of The Strip

"We arrived late and super helpful to let us in and get us set up. Great communication if we needed anything everyday via text. Apartment style set up. Great place to stay would recommend."

"The soundproofing is very poor. We can hear people talking next door, and there’s often a dog barking. The microwave also suddenly started beeping nonstop in the middle of the night, and we couldn’t turn it off no matter what we tried. Everything else was good."

"Rooms r clean& the staff r very helpful & breakfast was great."

"We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Clean rooms, fully stocked with amenities. Great free breakfast buffet. Yummy coffee"

"The housekeeping service was not explained at the time of check in that they have express and full service. The carpet is dirty"

"Great location, beautiful pool area."

"it was a very nice property. I would stay there again."

"I didnt have much communication with the host but the property itself was beautiful. A great view from the room and a full gym. Directly connected to the Palms casino so you have access to other amenities. Theres a full kitchen in the room. My only complaints is there appears to be a drain or plumbing issue when turning on the sink in the bathroom it leaked alot and the kitchen sink was gurgling without usage and had dirt water come up into it. So we couldnt use that."

"Que estaba en un precio en la aplicación y cuando llegue a registrar tenía que pagar el doble de lo que había pagado y pues perdí lo que había pagado y me fui mejor al Circus"

"A terrible place; we have never stayed in a dirtier motel. There was no lighting at all in our room; the receptionist changed our room immediately, without even seeming surprised. In the other room, one light was working. The floor was very dirty. The bed linen was clean."

"Had a few issues. Escalators were not working. So you can imagine the queues for the lifts, during peak time were long. The main restaurant was always short staffed. The servers were very busy, the table were being cleans, just as you were being seated."
