"It was a good trip. This was our second time staying here and I love an Embassy Suites for spacial reasons when traveling with kids. It was a pleasant check-in experience and the room was clean. The breakfast situation is crazy, messy, and overwhelmingly busy. We went at 9:30am one morning and everything was already put away, and I went earlier the next morning to get coffee and had to fight the families/crowds just to make my way to it. I guess you get that with an Embassy Suites in the city....

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...
