"Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much"

It’s a really nice touch for the general manager to take an interest in you and also personally ensure you are enjoying your stay. The food is exceptional and everyone is so polite. "Had a lovely stay at The Globe while in Topsham for the evening. The room was lovely and cosy, and although we didn't eat in the pub we did have a couple of drinks and it was a very nice lively place. Would stay again."

"The hotel is a very old coaching inn, full of character, and very well maintained. It is well situated for both Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary. The room had a lovely bed, in a fair sized room. The en-suite was very nicely appointed. Our room was facing the road so there was some traffic noise. The food was excellent and the staff were all really attentive and provided a great service. Overall we had a lovely stay at the Blue Ball Inn, Sidmouth. "
