"Very good continental breakfast and restaurant meal . Nice atmosphere in pub with lots of customers. Big car park but limited spaces on the Saturday evening."

"Room was top of hotel overlooking a crumbling slated roof but it was the cheapest option and loud seagulls every morning sitting on the roof. The room was adaquate but bathroom only had tiled floor so shower went everywhere. Staff were good and polite and helpful, breakfast was fine and hot but also minimal varied selection. Parking was atrocious, with only 6 spaces ? at £10 per night because street parking was normally nose to tail, and full for 24 hours. Because I have a blue badge I parked on...

"Charming and quaint old-fashioned style about it. Beautifully tended gardens with croquet and other lawn games available. Room very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lift to all floors. On first floor (where we stayed) the fire doors were very narrow and stiff so wheelchair access would be difficult but doors to rooms were okay. Heated outdoor pool in a secluded area sheltered from the wind and pleasant to swim in. Easy access...

"Dit hotel is natuurlijk prachtig historisch, maar wij vonden de prijs-kwaliteit niet goed. Erg duur voor de kwaliteit van bijvoorbeeld onze badkamer. Deze was te vergelijken met een badkamer in een oude stacaravan. De kamer zelf was wel mooi, klein maar fijn. Ontbijt was goed, maar voor bijna 500 euro voor 3 nachten verwacht je net wat meer."
