"Beds are comfortable and there are tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of hot water. Car parking is easy. They provide a fan which was useful as the traffic is a bit noisy to have the window open. Curtains are very thin so the room is light from early morning. They don’t offer a cooked breakfast on Wednesday or Thursday mornings but there is a continental choice of toast, pastries, cereal and yoghurt. "Although the hotel was short staffed due to the Indian plane crash the owners had to go back to India due to relatives on the flight, we were very welcomed and looked after. The rooms and the communal areas were kept very clean. We would go back again next time we were in Exmouth."
