Hotel Dekat Pantai Budleigh Salterton

"We had a really pleasant stay ahead of an early flight the following morning. Comfy bed, great staff and nice biscuits."

"The staff so helpful"

"Have stayed at Hall & Woodhouse properties previously and The Dolphin rates as highly as the the other accommodation. There is a small car park which was a bonus on the coast and the room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We had an evening meal and breakfast, good quality food and helpful staff."

"Room was lovely and bright, could just see the estuary in the distance. Comfy bed, bathroom was small. Food was great, even served roast on Sun evening and it was delicious. We ate both nights of our stay, food was delicious and restaurant really busy which is a good sign. Staff and locals were very friendly. All in all a great find."

"Excellent location, spacious room, great breakfast, beautiful balcony with amazing views, and more importantly very nice and helpful staff 🙏👏"

"Great location. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast."

"EVERYTHING WAS FINE FOR US"

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"A very disappointing stay. We booked a deluxe sea view (with large bay window) double or twin room via Expedia. On arrival at the hotel we did not get the room we booked and paid for. According to Expedia’s description and photographs the room we were given was a STANDARD double room for SINGLE occupancy. As the hotel was fully booked we had to tolerate this very small room with four steps up to the bathroom and really not enough room for two people. The room in no way bore any resemblance to...

"The room had an amazing view and situated within 10 mins walk of sea. Staff very helpful, hotel was very clean and well maintained.Breakfast good value for money"

"A reminder that you don’t get a lot for your money these days. Twin room - cheap narrow beds, very noisy plumbing system in the room and from other rooms, noisy outside, tiny shower. Included breakfast not worth mentioning."
