"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "It’s in the name! A Grand hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in the uk. Greeted by a lovely gentlemen who help with our luggage and was very helpful. We stayed in a junior family suite and the room massive it was also clean, modern with a lovely sea view you can enjoy from your balcony. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options with very friend staff, like the rest of the Grand Team."

"Only an overnight, but convenient for town. Without the hassle of trying to find a parking space at hotels in the centre. Took a bus to town (15 mins), stops located directly outside the hotel . Reception staff lovely and chatty, lovely welcome. Would stay again "

"Mattress was about 5cm thick and was as hard as wood me and my partner couldn’t actually sleep so we ended up leaving the hotel at 5:30am. The shower we didn’t even use because you’d have to stand like a pencil in the shower. The hot tap on the sink didn’t work. The carpets were all lifted, there was no latch to keep the window open and we were provided with an electric radiator but no fan considering the weather conditions. "We had an excellent stay here. The apartments are so handy for the station and the beach as well as all other attractions. Flat was immaculate, only niggle was terrace was narrow and furniture needed cleaned. However the rest of the flat suited us perfectly. "
