The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. "Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"
