"The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again."

"On night one in a two bed room with two guest there was only one bath towel, an extra towel was requested and was promised only for there not to be any new towel. By night two not only was there still no new towel, the room had also not been turned over even after requesting and when an extra towel was requested once more staff told us they were out of towels and to just use the hand towel. The A/C could have also been cooler."

"The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. "did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good."

"Initially my microwave and television wasn’t working. When attempting to call the front desk (both the night of and morning after) there was no answer. When at breakfast, I mentioned it, I reminded when leaving for the day and he requested they access the room while I’m way. That made me uncomfortable, but I angreed and it was fixed."

"Keycard readers are in need of replacement. In the 2 days we stayed there we had to replace our keycards 3 times to get into the room. Overall a decent hotel but is in need of some updates. We heard many other people complaining about their cards not working also so it wasn’t just a problem with one room."
