"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They advertise that they have access to eating establishments within 1 mile however, those places do not exist. Its in the middle of no where. I initially booked thinking i will have access to food and transportation but that is not the case. They are a money making hotel. They mentioned its 5 euro for shuttle. They charged 6 Euro. They mentioned less euro for breakfast but they charge 20 Euro. They advertise one thing and its another. The property is clean and beautiful but the staff were rude and dont know anything. My first day after a long train from Paris. I was told to walk 25 mins to a area called Alsumeer. I could of easily taken the shuttle to the airport to eat. I had a small child and I was pregnant and this hotel made my trip hard. Also the shuttle drivers dont all stop at the designated stop so i missed it few times until i realized i have to be at the end to catch where they stop. This was a horrible experience and do not recommend for elderly or small children. Also they need to fix their advertisement online. They charge for bikes, umbrella, shuttle, etc. its a money making establishment. You will spend and spend unnecessary. The staff dont know anythinng when asked for help. Also i asked for a extra pillow first night and never received it because house keeping not there. I stayed 3 nights and never received it. Horrible experience. "

"we checked into our room and while the whole hotel seems new the floor in our bathroom had failed, moving/cracked tiles popping sound as you walked on them grout missing, massive holes on wall from something that had been ripped/removed from the bathroom wall, 2 holes that had been badly filled, reported to front desk on check out showed pictures and video told i would get some goodwill back on our room rate and will get a call from the manager same day!, neither happened chased them on email twice finally offered a room upgrade! no use to use, and not the goodwill towards cost of room, then no response to my final email. as for restaurent food was lovely but charging a 4 year old 4.75 euros for tap water! food was slow out but the mains did taste amazing. my daughter loved their robot servers! breakfast was best we had in 15 days travelling europe. just shame let down on customer service at end"

"We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped with one exception. Like many hotels now, one think comforter is offered for warmth at night time. There is no other option other than to sleep without nighttime cover. I thought about covering with a towel. I do wish hotels would provide choices. "

"Received an email about one of my 2 room booking being cancelled just before I check in on the same day. I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation."

"Was very basic, if you want to save some money and splurge on activities and food etc then this is perfect for you. the hotel was quiet didn’t have much going for it, asked for some hand soap since they didn’t have any at the room only shampoo and body wash, didn’t receive any after asking which is fine. I do want to mention that when taking showers, at least in our room, the section to close off the water from overflowing the whole bathroom floor doesn’t exist, so you can just see the water pooling everywhere we had to put towels everytime we showered to make sure the water doesn’t go everywhere. the beds were comfortable, TV worked, air condition/heating was working well, not very noisy, didn’t have any problems with locking the door. "
