The room itself was lovely-well appointed and very comfortable. The balcony was also really nice. The on site restaurant is wonderful and ending our evening with drinks on the canal was perfect. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Without exception they are excellent and in particular the bar and restaurant staffers.
