"This hotel was beautiful! Nestled in a quiet part of town but close to the tram/bus and very walkable. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a while! Loved the mini kitchen, too - bought breakfast items I stored in the fridge, then used the microwave to heat them in the morning. Was able to keep leftovers as well in the fridge. Quiet and very private with beautiful porch overlooking the street. My one hang up is that the stairs were carpeted and thus looked pretty dirty. I also wish there was...

"Great service but we were given a small room on the ground floor next to the front entrance of the hotel. The room was noisy and very crowded for 2 people. Not the luxury experience that was expected."

"The manager Randy was amazing! As usual, the younger staff needs more training. Beware if you have a package for delivery, if they don’t find your name in the system they will decline the package."

"A lovely boutique hotel, however the bedroom was different to the photos on Expedia. Not as fresh in real life. There is a Irish Pub next door and unfortunately both nights we experienced loud noise from patrons up until 12am. The staff at this hotel were so pleasant, friendly and helpful, Melissa provided a town map with everything we needed to know. Thank you"

"Excellent central location. Hotel has been beautifully renovated keeping many of the original features. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. One very minor criticism would be the mattress protector which had a very high plastic content so made for a sweaty night. But everything else in the room was spot on."
