"Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s."

"The room and communal areas were very clean, the room was beautiful. A few disappointments, we had no instant coffee in the room only coffee pods with no machine, our chosen breakfast wasn’t available and there was some miscommunication with the menu items, and the shower was very slow draining "

"Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. "V friendly, clean and comfortable room great breakfast (continental)"

"My very large room was spotlessly clean and the carpet looked new. I had two good nights sleep. Window had opaque glass and when I opened it there was a small yard but I wasn't there for the view so it wasn't important. I was really pleased it was an 'accessible' room as I recently had a hip replacement so rhe wet room and rails were ideal for me. TV didnt work in room but a complimentary G&T instead was fine. Watched TV in lounge area instead. Staff couldn't be more helpful. especially James...
