"Really nice hotel. Comfy bed. Didn’t use but the gym and swimming pool looked great. Breakfast was lovely - and Julie (one of the team clearing away breakfasts) is a superstar. She was incredibly helpful and friendly all whilst working like a demon (a real asset to the hotel!)"

The hotel accommodated with some fans but they were very loud. Power tripped out multiple times and had to change rooms. However, the gym next door and The Huddle restaurant were solid amenities."

"While we could overlook that the hotel was a little tired, staff were excellent, I was disappointed around the transparency about the pool rules and access for kids. Described as family friendly kids were limited to very restricted hours and space in the pool and unable to use the outdoor pool area and required to use the disabled toilet as a change room. It gave the impression that kids were a hinderance to the target, adult market of the spa. We booked the hotel especially because of the pool....
