Bed was not made up on our second day. Sheets did not smell good. Bugs in bathtub. TV remote did not work and had to be replaced. A/C was off when we arrived. It took 30+ minutes to cool the room. It was off again when we returned to the room. We received multiple calls to confirm prior to our arrival. Manager very friendly...
