"Perfect location especially for our needs with wanting to be located close to circular quay and the rocks. Amazing view of the opera house from both our room and level 36. The lunch was also delicious in the altitude restaurant, and the service was fab. The gym was good, and the spa was also wonderful! The room was also lovely. Thank you! "

"This is a no-frills hotel, but it is neat and very clean -- especially the bathroom -- and the staff are pleasant and very helpful and responsive. For me, the location was ideal: a 15-minute walk to the the Art Gallery of New South Wales on the edge of the Royal Botanic Garden, and then a 20-minute -- give or take -- stroll through any of the many pathways down to the Opera House and the harbor on the opposite side of the Garden. The adjacent promenade is perfect for morning coffee while you plot your site-seeing for the day."

"The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem. "

"This hotel is basically serviced rooms. There is no option to dine here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were excellent. Each room has tea & coffee making facilities with a small fridge which I found very useful."
