"This was my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is the upper floor of a private palazzo with a view of expansive gardens. Being off the beaten path was perfect because it was a calm from the very overwhelming city center. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING and the interior design was a perfect mixture of modern and Italian. I hope to get back to Florence soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here!"

Only odd thing was that there was not much furniture and it would have been convenient to have one shelf or dresser to put some stuff in or on.
