"Very nice hotel that is right by Ventura pier and in the heart of downtown Ventura. It is a bit hidden which was actually kind of nice and the pedestrian bridge to get to the pier and beach is only a 10 minute walk. The room was very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave which was awesome. The beds were fine and the only thing that was bit strange was the carpet was moist when we first got into the room but after a few hours it was dry. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent."

"It's an older property, but it was clean and spacious. Location is great, super close to beach and pier. Breakfast was normal hotel hot breakfast. I dealt with 3 different people, 1 was great the other two seemed a little off put by the fact I had questions. All in all I would definitely stay again. "

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Period. It's not fancy, but it is clean and the view and sounds of the crashing waves is amazing. All of the other guests that I bumped into at breakfast were walking on clouds as I was. It is a little secret paradise."
