10/10 Excellent

"Great location great views close to Hollywood and next door o Studio city. Plenty of restaurants close by. Great part of town. The pool area is the stand out feature the way it's landscaped with palm trees etc. Plenty of shady areas if you want a break from the sun. Staff were always cleaning the area. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Had to call maintenance one night and they were there in less than 5 minutes. Yes there are cheaper hotels but in life you get what you pay"

"Great hotel, great staff, great food. The parking not so great at $52 per night. There is a public parking at the beginning of the street ( lot 5 ) you can park over night for $7 ( not more than 7 days per 30 days ) very short walk to the hotel. That’s what I did. The staff doesn’t tell you that, for obvious reasons. Overall great location. It’s a hit and miss with catching the sun for sun bathing since it’s close to the marina. But the pool is great and the location of the hotel is very quiet. I will definitely stay again."

"I needed a safe and easily accessible place to stay while my kids attended Grad-nite at Universal. This was the place. It was in such close proximity that we didn’t even have to drive. The restaurant downstairs was super convenient. Having a Starbucks on the premises was a nice treat. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful with information. Valet staff was prompt and well organized. I didn’t use the hot tub or the pool but plenty of guests were using both in spite of the little breeze that picked up so it must’ve been nice. Finally, my room was spacious and well lit. I was on the 6th floor and my window faced Universal. It was just what I needed."
