"The pool was very nice and the restaurant was incredible! From the outside it seemed so beautiful, however the rooms weren’t any better than your everyday motel. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower was clogged. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress!! "This hotel is conveniently located at the border of Ventura and Oxnard with very easy freeway access. Rooms were good sized and comfortable. We were there for a large family event. Unfortunately, the bar and food availability closed way too early for our needs. The bar closed at 9 PM. Breakfast ended at 10 AM."

"Well the check in I waited over 30mins for someone to come back from break/lunch. I guess only 1 person works there. The breakfast is terrible it looks like the food is from the day before burned or over cooked. When came down the last day there wasn’t any food available we had to wait 15 mins for them to bring it up. Would have been nice for a better breakfast some potatoes maybe hash browns?"

"Worst stay I ever had in Simi valley ,dirty place ,they lie about breakfast it’s just coffee and gas station muffins the room and hall way smelled like weed and my rooms bed sheets and blankets was smelling like people slept in them few times .No Amenities or sitting area in the Lobby .They also wound check you in before 3pm and the altitudes are horrible.Worst night ever couldn’t wait to check out next morning."

"staff was great, property looked like possible reno or soft reno in progress (boxes in parking lot) tv didnt work at all, the wifi didn't work, the ac was a joke, only hot humid air came out which was not condusive for preparing for the event I was attending. Bed was fine, water pressure was great. It appears that they are trying, I would stay again, and more that likely will. Breakfast was really nice, well stocked"

"Absolutely horrible front desk attitudes from two different people. AC and refrigerators don't work in most rooms which is because they don't care to fix up the place since they stay busy enough from desperate patrons. They are pathetic when they can charge over $150 for one night. Rooms were clean but that's it."

"This was not the vagabond it was a motel 6 extremely disgusting me and couple other guest canceled out reservations but we couldn't get a full refund never again."
