"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Being so close to the beach and Third Street Promenade made it incredibly convenient to walk around and explore. The only thing I was a little confused about was the amenity fee. I was aware of it when booking, but I wasn’t entirely sure what amenities were actually included. One tip for anyone driving (unrelated to the hotel itself): We decided to park in the parking garage just a couple of...

"Beautifully designed hotel in a convenient location in Santa Monica. The staff were polite and helpful. Surprised there wasn't even a single bottle of complimentary water in the room, and even a note saying 'if you pick anything from the minibar for over 60 seconds it will be charged to your room'. Comfortable room with a large bathroom but would expect more at this rate. The restaurant on the rooftop has outstanding views of Santa Monica and the beach. Breakfast was wonderful. Was only there...

"Overall the stay was very nice; however, for an high end hotel the cost of parking at the hotel should not be $55. The room was clean and the staff were cordial. The negative item was that the doors to the rooms slam shut so during the early hours of the morning the door to the room with a common wall slammed shut and I could not get back to sleep. As upscale as this hotel is, there are devices that slowly and noiselessly closes doors without the loud sounds and reverberations."
