"I would highly recommend this hotel. The manager was there, to personally greet me and to ensure I had arrived safely. My luggage was taken directly to my room which was very clean and spacious. I had a beautiful view across the desert, watching the sun rise and set and seeing the hot air balloons was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and the staff were so friendly, kind and hospitable."

"Howard Carter Hotel - what a find. Read all reviews and wasn't disappointed. From the very outset, we had a small issue with our room and was moved the next day into another room with no hesitation. We didn't like to complain as everyone at the hotel was so lovely and accommodating. Mr Said the owner who would always come around at meal times to make sure everything was to our liking. The Chefs worked so hard to deliver lovely dishes. The waiters were so accommodating and couldn't do...

"Clean room. Close to some tourist attractions. Since it's very hot in Luxor, some food items on their breakfast need to be refrigerated like yogurt, cheese, etc. to avoid spoilage. Just be careful of anything you eat to avoid stomach issues. Staff very helpful. Good hotel for those on budget."
