"So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. "This hotel is atrocious. The positive reviews on Expedia are fraudulent. The entire hotel (our room included) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The towels and bedding are stained brown. The AC barely works and the WiFi is nonexistent. The food was terrible. cold, stale, and bland. I’m a seasoned, international traveler. This hotel is much worse than an $11 hotel room in Vegas."

I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman. The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing.
