"The apartment was really clean. The only thing that let it down was mould in one of the shower rooms. Staff were excellent with their communications and very clear with their access and departure instructions. "We loved the beauty and space of the apartment. Especially pretty was the large oval leaded glass window of the living room. The beds were so very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We all had restful sleep. Wonderful linen and comforters. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Washer/dryer unit in room was convenient. The shower was fabulous, including a rainshower head. "The house's location is very close to everything, so it was very comfortable for us. The living room is large and functional. One double room has a window, the other has a single bed, but there's no window. There's also a double bed upstairs in the living room, which has a low ceiling, but it wasn't very comfortable. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed if you like."

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...
