"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"Great location, good pricing, friendly staff. If your are looking for a comfortable and modern stay with just the basics then I don’t see any reason to complain about this hotel. A very useful option to avoid paying a fortune in the more opulent hotels. They kindly extended my checkout until 12pm for no extra charge."

"Just be prepared the room is small, not surprising for New York hotel rooms, but the bed was pushed up against the wall and windows, so you really couldn’t get in on both side. But good value for midtown NYC."

"Rubbish hotel. When we got there we were told about a non-refundable amount taken per day which is utter nonsense. The rooms didn't even have a kettle or coffee machine nor did it even have water. The carpet was filthy and disgusting. I would never stay there ever again.
I asked the reception for a weighing scale and was told to come down then the staff were so rude and not helpful at all.
I ideally want my money back but they are so stingy I doubt it. I normally never leave bad reviews but I...

"Staff was extrememly polite and helpful and we really appreciated them! Small room and bathroom but neat and clean and well appointed with bench for 2 suitcases, fridge and coffee fixings. TV and internet too. Beautiful view of the Empire State Building. We liked the restaurants along Church Street.
Sheraton entrance neat and clean but street around Sheraton was dirty and trashy. Surrounding businesses had dirty windows but were neat and clean inside. Lots of aggressive street vendors...
