"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. "Fantastic location. Room spacious and facilities too. Didn’t use the gym…but used the bar 😂. Easy access to tubes, and Elizabeth line and dlr. food decent but not super exciting. Bit frustrating they add service charge to bar bill. Otherwise would stay again for another excel tradeshow"

"Awful accommodation. Not as advertised in the description, the photos were absolutely misleading. The property was not clean, hair everywhere. Shower gel or shampoo was empty and noone to find within the propert to ask for a refill. Advertised as accommodation for 4 people, but not enough space for 4 people to be in the same living space at the same time. Photos showed beds to be separate, but all beds (1 double and 2 singles) were under the roof cramped together, no privacy for 4 adults who are not used to be sharing a cramped sleeping space together."
