"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. I’m always dubious when rooms are called soundproof but this really was. We were in the first floor and it was silent - a miracle in central London! "First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."

My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me.
