"A lovely, atmospheric place very conveniently located to the train station and other sites. Several nooks for curling up with a book if you desire. My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me. The huge bathtub was heaven for me, as I prefer baths to shower. Someone else might not like that. "First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."
