"Recently updated rooms. Close to LAX and great staff. I was sad that they were cashless but did not have a digital way to tip housekeeping staff like in other establishments. Otherwise, a very good stay."

"First night, got in at midnight, AC didn't work, Television didn't work. Someone came and fixed it on day 2, was nice and problem was fixed. Night 2, someone kept calling my room at midnight yelling at me until I unplugged the room phone, called the front desk who was frazzled and said multiple rooms were complaining about the same, he thought it was some high school kids who were staying... Why was this my problem? Asked to speak a manager the next morning when I checked out and have not received a response as of yet..."

"Closest accommodations to the airport. Mattresses need replacements because of discomfort, but the location, staff and other amenities are excellent. Overall a worthy stay, thank you"
