"Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!"

"Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. "

"This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. "Rooms very small especially the single rooms. Walls paper thin next door kept me awake snoring all night.!!"

"Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful."

"Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!"

"Quite tired in places and needs updating."

"Fine for an overnight stay. Receptionist handed the key wordlessly, beds were not great and there was a bit of noise but not enough to do me sleeping. You get what you pay for etc!"
