"Arrived and went to pay for stay but won’t accept cash?? . Not advertised or expected only took cash luckily wife had card. Spoilt whole stay was going to eat and drink in bar , one of reasons for booking this hotel. We found elsewhere but might as well of stayed elsewhere "

"Firstly, the parking is very secure and free. The room was clean, but the coffee machine made lukewarm drinks and the base of the taps need a deep clean. The double bed was the smallest I've ever seen unless I wanted to pay hundreds more. Breakfast wasn't good, the scrambled egg was smothered in butter and salt, the bacon was dry and overcooked and the toast was cold and dry, dirty napkin and customers were asking for things like baked beans, coffeess etc and they were getting these. The young lad working on the bar was great, really polite and chatty. The woman on the bar took it upon herself to try my cocktail before serving it to me! So it really was a bit hit and miss. I'd have preferred Premier Inn to be honest. "

"Room was amazing! Great size, very comfortable bed and being at the back of the hotel meant it was quiet! Shower was excellent Breakfast was freshly cooked and superb! Nothing to fault "

"Good location, right in the centre of town but very hot no air conditioning and their rooms are quite small in need of some attention. They wanted to charge us 10 pounds for a late . checkout. The rooms don't look anything like they do in the pictures. They must've been taken about 10 years ago when it was new. all the stuff was very nice and helpful. That was the best part. Very noisy location so be aware."

"Gaining entry and checking in eas was more complicated than it needed to be. The walls in my bedroom were paper thin and I could here absolutely every thing from the room next door, the squeak in the mattress everyone the occupant turned over, the headboard banging against the wall, every movement that was made. To top it off I was looking forward to eating in the property only to discover that the chef had gone AWOL. The best thing about my stay was I was only there for 1 night"

"The security desk on square 3 made check in very easy. Luckily I know my way around the campus but she did give me a number to call if I got lost. Got to the room, it was clean and tidy and plenty of towels and loo roll provided. Only a bar of soap so your own shampoo is required. Only downside is checkout is EARLY!! 9:30am."
