"The room was clean no bad odor the property is well kept the pool area was great for my family to enjoy and this hotel has everything poolside game room bar Starbucks coffee shop food and more perfect family atmosphere "

"We stayed in building 6. One of the elevators were out of order so only 1 was working. We were always waiting on the elevators for at least 10 minutes. The tv in our room did not have signal so we could never use it. There was a weird smell in the hallways. The carpet in the hallway had a bad stain and for the 3 days that we were there, it was never vacuumed; I saw the same dirt and lint. But the staff were very friendly. Front desk was always super helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice too. Lifeguards on duty were great at their job making sure everyone was grand following rules but didn’t act like a jerk when kids weren’t following rules. Public washrooms were gross "

"I didn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. One, the TV didn't work unless you logged into your apps. I just wanted to watch local channels and couldn't. Second, the shower wasn't properly cleaned as there was green soap residue maybe from a previous stay. Over all, if those 2 things were good, I would have absolutely given 5 stars "

"Great area, enough parking and the room was clean. We had to move rooms after getting there, The Tv in first room was broken and the light by the bed buzzed. We moved rooms, then the Tv in the second rooms speakers were blown, the shower head screamed, the toilet kept running, the shower water didnt stay hot long, and the bed mattress was so worn on the edges it was almost rounded into a slope. They are doing construction in the front lot, which made getting in and out difficult at times if other cars were coming a different direction. But it was clean and the location was convenient. "

"Rooms have no coffee makers. I would go down every morning and ask to have a black cup of coffee. Also Breakfast is not included adults pay $12. For our trip it served the purpose only to sleep and shower. They do have a seal bus to take you to the parks. Pickup to Universal Studios 8:45 and back is 6pm. We staying at the parks until closing and took the bus from Surfside Hotel which was across the street then walked to ours. "
