"We had a twin double bed room with a mini sette. It was great as a family of 3 adults and one child. Lots of places to charge our devices and plenty of counter space for the abundance of snacks that we ended up buying in the town centre. Staff were extremely warm and polite. One helped carry my nephew down the lift and into the lobby as he wasn’t feeling well. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we wanted to venture out into the food scene in New York City. But we did use the market downstairs as we were allocated a daily allowance of $15 to use there. But overall, excellent cleanliness and staff. Only regret is not being able to go to the fitness centre as I was tired all day of exploring the city high and low. But it looked great upon first views. "

"Clean rooms, staff was always friendly and courteous, express checkout is always a breeze, room service was quick. Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service and they have to serve 40+ floors taking too much time sometimes to leave or get into your room. Besides this minor inconvenience, our time at this hotel was great and the location was ideal as it is close to several Subway stations. There is also a nice restaurant next to its entrance. "

"The Ridge benefits from a great location. The room was clean, but amenities in the room and lobby are not as nice as the pictures on Expedia. The staff was spotty, usually friendly, but not always helpful. The AC wasn’t working and it was HOT in our room. After notifying the front desk twice, a helpful employee explained why the AC wasn’t functioning and supplied us with a small fan - this improved the situation. The rooftop lounge area is great and the price seemed fair."

"The property was great… until about 10pm on Thursday/Friday and Saturday night when the nightclub that is located on the 15th floor began playing their very loud club music. It went on till 2:00am.and it was so loud and you could feel the bass. When I complained to the front desk they never followed up with me."

"I was really impressed with this hotel. It's in a very busy area, but our room felt quiet. It was very clean, well kept, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be close to Chinatown / Little Italy / Lower East Side. "

"Hotel was in a good neighborhood but it was over priced for what it was. But that’s to be expected in NYC. The reservation said we would get a $36 food and beverage credit but no one offered it or seemed to know anything about it."
