"It was our first stay at the Ludlow and we truly enjoyed it. The staff, Omar, upon check in were very helpful and kind. Andy at the door had many great suggestions for bars to check out and Brandy at the bar was very informative about other options to check out as well. We truly enjoyed our room with it's sitting area and lovely furnishings. One negative was our extremely squeaky bed. Beautiful bed, but very noisy even for sleeping. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff and location if i you ou wish to stay south of manhattan. I want to thank in particular the staff at the reception, they are welcoming, and very helpful. Also the cleaner are doing a great job. We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. "Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "

"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport.
