"Love how quiet the Ludlow is (we were on floor 11), despite it being in a busy area. I did find it odd that I had to request a luggage rack for the room, but they brought it up very quickly. The room and common areas were clean. My only nitpicks are that I didn't love the pillows (not enough neck support) and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. "

"Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "

"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. "Lovely boutique hotel very close to both China Town and Little Italy. Very walkable to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooftop was breathtaking! They have a great coffee bar / bar up there with a large indoor and outdoor space."
