"Great stay, many thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was great during check-in when he showed us his map and prepared itinerary that made the sightseeing sooo much easier, detailing anything you might want to see or get (ATM) along the way. He had different itinerarys depending on how many day's you had to spend in the local area. He was also a great help when our flight got cancelled just as we were about to get a taxi to the airport. "The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention: - the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view. - on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises "

"As i was disappointed with property, while waiting for check in heard few people complaining about room's. I was sent to different hotel going there was the same sean so I decided to make other arrangements and didn't stay at the place. And went to Regenta hotel at circl chouk which was good choice. "
