Hotellet är dåligt underhållet och känns ofärdigt. Vårt rum hade plats för kylskåp men inget kylskåp. Hotellet marknadsförs sig som ljudisolerat men det var en fruktansvärt ljud från gatan- absolut ingen ljudisolering i vårt rum alls och ett av fönstren i badrumsdelen gick inte att stänga. Personalen trevlig men vi hade problem med att vi i vår bokning hade frukost som sedan hotellet hävdade att vi inte hade - trots att vi samtalat med Hotel.com som i sin tur sa att hotellet skulle ge oss frukost så hade vi diskussioner runt betalningen vid utcheck. Rummet - sviten var rymlig och trevlig. Innergården vacker men varken restaurang eller bar var igång under vår vistelse - vilket inte framgick någon stans.
