"Great experience, staff is really cordial and made the stay memorable. A must visit"

"There was a personal touch to the experience and the folk music in the background with real artist playing it brought in a very calm and peaceful stay overlooking Lake Pichola gave the most luxurious experience"

"Reserve king bed tapi diberikan single bad. Setelah berdebat untuk seketika barulah diberikan king bed. Pekerja front office yang handle check in dan check out sangat teruk. Kebanyakan meja dalam restoran telah di reserve tapi tidak diisi. Jadi terpaksa duduk di meja yang jaraknya jauh dari tempat hidangan. Sangat tidak selesa. Tempoh menunggu rempahan makanan untuk siap terlalu lama"

"beautiful hotel and amazing room."

"I would rate this a three to 4 star . Does not compare to a 5 star property but it is good value if you want to save money ."

"Beautiful property. Well maintained gardens. Very helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Kajal especially in the restaurant looked after us and pampered us with different foods everyday. Room was clean. Breakfast choice was very good and food was very tasty."

"Traumhafte Woche in Jaipur in einem märchenhaften Palast mit extrem netten Personal. Wie aus 1001 Nacht."

"Here’s a polished version: The property is excellent overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the location is quite far from the city centre, and getting around can be challenging due to the limited availability of public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend that the property consider arranging a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times for guests who want to visit the market or other well-known attractions. We had already spent one day exploring through a tour, but...

" Very pleasant stay and great service. Breakfast was very good too.. Worth the money ..😍"

"Nice place with good food and great ambiance. Please don’t forget to use footwear which is easy to walk in."

"Kateb was the best, property was nice and clean"

"Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast has buffet as well as hot counters with a vast variety and really good selection. Staff was very polite and helpful. Property is well maintained"

"The property is overrated. Not so good food and the property is like halveli and Mahal. No outside view"
