"The best location right along the Promanade, Plenty of free street parking alongside the hotel (3.30pm to 10.30am), very helpful and chatty staff, meals very good, rooms big and beds good. Free entertainment twice per week. 5 mins walk to the pier. The overall conclusion was this being an excellent choice of hotel and VERY reasonably priced."

"Perched high up on a hill, Headlands Hotel has a spacious/clean family room with a Sea View to die for. Katie I think thats her name, had her hands full serving a delightful breakfast to all her guests..(Well Done). Llandudno has a lot to offer which includes the Headlands and all of its staff. A return visit is a MUST. Jeffery REALFF from Spennymoor, Co Durham."

"The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. "Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm .
