"The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything was as described on website. They also managed to communicate with us throughout technology and this was very important in breaking the language barriers. This was very appreciated. "comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "
