"The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. "We had a group that ended up booking all the rooms in the flat! They view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The hotel was easy to access. Clean and organized! Any questions had was answered and the hosts were always reachable! This is an amazing place with location. The restaurants below were friendly and delicious. The rooms are sound proof. We heard nothing!!"

"Staff is Excellent. Room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is great. Located 5 min. walk from 2 metro stops. Surrounding restaurants are great. No street noise as it is located off the main road. Within 15 minutes walk from most major tourist sites. Next to the Forum and Colosseum. I inadvertently left some cash in the safe. It was returned. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is super close to the colosseum, it is one street over to the best gelato we tried in Italy. We loved the location, and the service at the reception and at breakfast was exceptional. The receptionist noticed that one of our birthdays was happening while we were staying with them, and they gave us a special treat that morning during breakfast. which was a very welcome surprise! Kudos to the staff at reception (specially the evening/night) and the breakfast team"
