"We were not given any information about the property itself upon check in. Upsetting to hear there was more to the property than we knew after staying for 3 nights! Apparently there was breakfast? We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"Property and staff were great. Great communication with the codes and checking in to see if everything was fine. Also sent alerts about road closures and the elevator being down. A+. Place was clean and comfortable with fridge, Nespresso and other things. Nice touch with a bag of lavender. But the tub was huge could fit 4 kinda awkward, to me. Not a lot of privacy in bathroom either, fine if you're on your own, but maybe not depending who your sharing the room with."

"Checkin was not the greatest. Not super friendly. Didn’t explain where to find the restaurant nor how to connect to wifi. Needed all 4 peoples ID. I’ve never had to do that before. Room wasn’t clean well at Checkin. Next day room still wasn’t attended to until 430pm. Breakfast was great. Staff mediocre. Not sure I’d stay here again. Poor lay out. Well kept property but that’s about it."

"A great hotel! We've needed a lot of things during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
