"Tedious check in process and terrible communication by the host. Sends multiple instructions via broken links with information that are difficult to follow. Finding the designated parking spot is next to impossible. The whole check in process and finding the parking spot are akin to playing a bad game of escape room. Nice city view from atop though."

"Check in process was a complete nightmare. Couldn’t get a key to the room for 3 hours. The limited parking advertised is non-existent. Staff at the property aren’t helpful at all. Hidden charges after booking on Expedia. Communication with property was terrible. Prepare to wait very long for a crowded elevator as well. Overall a really horrible experience."

"High marks for being super clean and well equipped with all. Check in was 45 minutes on the phone with multiple emails sent to me that did not open. Jane who did help me was excellent, but, unravelling what seemed to be computer glitches at host’s end was cumbersome and long. Elevators will not work without key fob, so getting up to the open room was hampered. Instruction for leaving was to leave key fob on table, but elevators then also do not work without a fob to go down to garage; had to...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
