"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! ❤️ The pools were nice and warm, and overall we had such a great experience. We ate in the main dining room all three nights because we didn’t want to wait on the waiting lists for the other restaurants. My advice would be to get your name on the list before you’re actually hungry, because there can definitely be a wait! We also learned a little trick for the steakhouse—go onto their website right at midnight and make your reservation for the next day. We had resort credit included with our stay, but we ended up not using any of it. For things like the spa, the credit only covered a portion of the cost, so we still would have had to pay quite a bit out of pocket. For us, it just wasn’t worth using. I 100% recommend the White Party! 🤍🎉 It was SO much fun! The entertainment staff was amazing. They were high-energy, friendly, and really knew how to get everyone involved and having a good time. Also, the massage ladies on the beach are absolutely amazing! 🙌 All of the bartenders we interacted with were very nice and friendly too. Another thing we really appreciated was being able to start enjoying the resort before our room was ready. They held our luggage, let us get pool towels, and even have a shower/changing room where you can change into your swimsuit and enjoy the pool while you wait for your room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort! 🌴☀️🍹"

"We loved every thing accept the daytime music around the pool area is horrible. Would love to hear some good Mexican music. No rap or drums please!activities are not for the very elderly. Nighttime shows are the same for many years."

"My experience here was great! The staff are so kind and helpful, they’re passionate about their jobs and were amazing to talk to. One pool was closed, but not an issue as the other 2 were running efficiently. Amazing food, great location, perfect resort!"

"When checking in, we didn't realize we had booked an ENCLAVE room which came with a private check-in on one of the top floors. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the lounge were great. While we waited for our luggage to arrive to our room, we went off to one of the walk-in restaurants on site since we hadn't ate yet. Food was decent. The best spot on the resort was CocoMar. Aside from the food, the pool was great (heated) so it was easy to get in and enjoy without the fear of that ice cold water hitting your body. We also took a dip in the ocean and that was also warm which we weren't expecting. Overall our family enjoyed the location and would come back again."
