"Listing very accurate. There was no elevator so thankfully we were on the 1st level. Check in was smooth - expect communication on the day of trip. Place was small for 3 people (futon pulls out) and luggages but the clothing dryer in washroom was very handy. As some others have noted, there is a slight sewer smell but strongest in washroom. Right opposite a 7-11 where you could easily get food and snacks, as well as being only metres from the beautiful river you could walk along, made this the perfect place to stay. "A lovely modern hotel a little over 10 minutes away from Asakusa station. We started in a large 4 bedded room which we were satisfied with. Only 3 options for breakfast which was the same every day. (Bagel with same 3 filling options). Ok for one or two days, but beyond that wished for some variety "

Double bed a bit small if 2 big adults to share. Sensor lights at corridor and sink area [facing bedroom] can very annoying as they could go on and off.
