"We always spend one night here when we arrive in Japan. It’s convenient and has many restaurant options, as well as a Lawson next door. The room is clean and spacious. We get plenty of rest and then start off our Japan trip fully energized."

"It was confusing where to check in.There are Main Shinagawa Prince Hotel, then, East Prince Hotel and another. My reservation did not indicate which buliding to go. （However, we were able to find staff members to ask questions.） Our room was clean but the hallway carpet was very dirty. "The sign for room cleaning or not" did not have an option of "No need to clean the room but need replacement of towels/coffee/water". Or they could have left a bag of items at the room door for the sign" No room cleaning needed." We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and have good memory of services for this hotel."
